What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The initial investment is minimal, and I do have knowledge on this as I have been a tattoo artist for some years now.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I searched all the properties for commercial rent in the busiest parts of the city. Found two locations that would work as location is a huge factor in a successful business

How did you finance this deal?

I used cash for this deal.

How did you add value to the deal?

I remodeled the building out of pocket and designed it my way for the business.

What was the outcome?

It’s been very successful so far. I believe it will continue to grow.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I went over budget by about 3k. I faced issues with plumbing for the new bathroom and other small things that’s lead to increased initial investment I didn’t think about.
