Section 8 property do i or dont i renovate

question I had is I got estimate to do a $30,000 renovation on the section 8 property. (new flooring, new kitchen remodel, new bathroom remodels. )I’m trying to decide. Should I pull the trigger or just clean up the  unit as is. P.s I don’t plan on selling anytime soon.

 Will the renovation bring in a higher rent rate and pay for itself? If not, then consider doing the bare minimum to get it rented.

The better your property is maintained, the more a tenant is willing to pay, the longer they will stay, and the better they will take care of it (usually). Don't let your maintenance get too far behind.
