Sourcing PML and Non-traditional lenders
I’m on FB and Investor groups scouring the search button for the last week. Is there something in BP that can help source PML or Non traditional lenders.

As Chris said, there are a few resources to find the bigger PMLs through searches. I've found that when people say theyre looking for private lenders, what they usually have in mind is the image of the local wealthy guy who does one-off loans in face to face meetings. If this is what you're looking for, networking is the answer. Local REI meetups and social media groups are usually the best places.
