Small but growing rental investment LLC
Hi BiggerPockets Community!
I'm located in Riverview (Tampa) Florida. My wife and I bought our first townhome in 2022, have steadily grown, and now have 5 townhomes and 1 single family home. All are long-term rentals. We're doing buy & hold for the cash flow so that I can leave my day job and play monopoly full-time. I've already found this community and the podcasts to be extremely valuable. I'm looking to keep learning as much as ppossible and connect with like-minded people in this specialty.

@Chantell Harris, if you are looking to do short term investing in the Tampa Bay area, I highly recommend that you reach out to @Josh Green. He helps most all STR investors on the BP forums with their STR needs and would be a great person to have on your team! He is an investor, STR property manager, helps with staging and also is a realtor as well! He honestly is a one stop shop.
