Expanding Management Company to Sonoma County
Hi fellow property managers, I currently run a successful property management company in LA and am considering moving up north towards sebastopol and sonoma county. I've weighed closing our doors in LA vs. keeping our company here going and just expanding up north. Does anyone here have experiene with managing in multiple cities? What were some of your challenges? Do you have ideas for breaking into a new market? Any advice is appreciated, we're looking at making this move in the next 60-90 days.

How many doors do you currently manage?
Going to guess that you are very hands-on and don't delegate much.
This could be an opportunity to grow and create the systems necessary to delegate.
You should be able to manage your current doors from afar with the right team in place.
Or you can keep doing everything yourself and shutdown current location to focus on new location.
