Liberty Hill suburb is about to get 1900 new homes...
Highway 183 will be a mess for awhile. Liberty Hill area doesn't have the infrastructure in place to accommodate that growth, imo. Also, its very interesting that its a partnership between a Houston Developer and the State of Texas. How does that happen? It sure would be interesting to know more about that partnership deal. I bet that the financing for the project will be super cheap. Will Texans get any real benefit from it once its sold out???
