How Are You Prioritizing Seller Leads Before Handing Them to Your VA?

One thing I’ve noticed is that most discussions around lead generation focus on finding more leads, but not much gets said about what happens before those leads get handed to a VA or cold caller.

If you have 500–1,000 skip-traced seller records, how do you decide which ones should be worked first?

Do you prioritize based on:

  • Equity?
  • Absentee ownership?
  • Length of ownership?
  • Property condition?
  • Contact confidence?
  • Something else?

Or does your VA simply work the spreadsheet from top to bottom?

It seems like even a small improvement in prioritization could lead to more conversations without increasing the number of calls.

I’m curious what others are doing. Is there a process or technology you’ve found that helps decide where your VA should start?
