Zillow wont list unit-says address doesn't exist

I have a 6 unit property that is addressed as 4355 A, B, C, D, E and F.

My property management company has tried to list unit D with Zillow and Zillow says that address doesn't exist. We have it listed on a few other websites but have had no inquiries in 2 months. Zillow tends to generate a vast majority of the traffic in the Eugene, OR area.

Has anyone has this issue? My property management company has sent numerous request to Zillow in an attempt to rectify the situation but there is no response and no person to call. What to do?

Usually I look for a few things. Is it pulling correctly on USPS records & assessment office (recorded with its own address designation). If not, you can request an official validation. If that's not it, where is the PM pulling from? Is it pulling through a software at your PM or are they doing it manually (usually Zillow's rental listings come from MLS/IDX feeds so you have to make sure it syndicates correctly).
