Investor-Friendly Agent Roles

I am a new agent who wants to start working with investors specifically. And one day I'd like to use my experience to invest myself. One thing I am aware of is that investor-friendly agents work in a different capacity than one working with regular homeowners.

In your experience as an investor (or agent working with investors), what tasks and roles do you expect your agent to fill and carry out?

So it usually works the other way around- Investor friendly agents have usually invested first & then represented others using the lessons they have leared from investing. Here's what I think investor friendly agents need to know or have: 1. They need to know how to analyze potential deals (fix and flip, buy and hold, SFR, Multifamily....). 2. They need to decide if they will specialize or be a generlist. 3. They need to build a network of contractors/handimen..... to make available to their clients 4. They need to have a network of lenders (hardmoney, traditional, private) to make available to their clients;

This stuff takes time and you should be building your network up now and also learning.
