Landlords: do you do your thing on Saturdays?

Well, I'm a small landlord (seven units) like a lot of people on BP. I try to focus on work when I am at the office and I do landlording in off hours. So evenings and weekends would be standard times for me. Come to think of it I'm leasing a unit and showing it today, a Saturday, at 1pm. Your have to do that kind of thing when prospective renters are available to view. So if as a practical matter you have to run showings out of normal business hours why would admin tasks be any different? The principle is the same.

I can see that larger scale investors who are dedicating a substantial amount of time to their landlording business would want to do landlording during business hours. But for small landlords with regular employment my sense is that landlording gets done out side of business hours, if you still want to do a good job at work.
