For experienced investors, I specialize in 1031 exchanges, especially for California investors who are looking to offload their heavily-regulated California properties and replace them with appreciating assets in a landlord-friendly market like Las Vegas.
I’m also licensed in Utah and frequently work on deals in Washington, Utah, and Salt Lake counties. ***SHORT TERM RENTAL investors, PLEASE know that Vegas is VERY Highly regulated. It is still possible, but please read online about Henderson and Las Vegas restrictions before reaching out to me. Over 90% of the BP investors that reach out about STRs will turn away after learning the restrictions. 
***MULTIFAMILY investors PLEASE just do 2 minutes of research on Zillow of what Vegas has to offer with multifamily properties. I’ll get 1-2 investors per week who want to get a 4 plex in Las Vegas until they realize that 90% of multifamily here is in B- or C Class neighborhoods. For most investors interested in Vegas, I’d recommend townhomes or Single Family. But if you are interested in C Class 4 plexes, by all means reach out and I’ll help you find a deal.
***FIX & FLIP investors, PLEASE note that I am NO LONGER looking for flip deals for clients. If you do find a deal through a wholesaler or someone else, I’d be happy to help you sell the property on the back end for top dollar and will give you a killer deal depending on how many flips you do per year.
