You're going to want a cell-enabled trail cam type of setup; don't know what carriers have them these days but we had one that gave motion alerts and hooked up to US Cellular.

You need to work to pass through those utilities and CAM and it will perform well for you.

Just because sex wasn't mentioned in the contract doesn't mean your not getting busted for prostitution because the intent, regardless of the verbal contract details, was sex for money.Wholesaling if done correct is perfectly legal, you can most certainly assign your interest in a contract.
