Some counties in Indiana would refer to this as an Accessory Dwelling Unit. 

No idea if it is accurate or if anything has changed since then, but it indicated the following:PROGRAM 1 Owner use up to 2 weeks 50% of Adjusted Gross Standard FF&E in high season & 2 weeks Revenues from the Unit and accessory in low season package required.

This detached unit thats like another rental is called an "ADU" Accessory Dwelling Unit.

Real estate uses I've found include:talking real time with various contractors while on a site.informal chats between those in my real estate groupquickly asking someone in group to look up details on a property while you are driving by.There are many different accessories for it, like bluetooth PTT clips that you can easily use while driving.

I think this falls into the accessory dwelling unit( ADU) and Tiny House domain.
