The Airbnb downturn from a few years ago pushed a lot of short-term rentals into the MTR game, which drove up supply and has driven down returns. 

I’ve been seeing a trend where access to creative financing—especially for projects like ground-up construction, refis, and even 100% financing on certain Fix & Flips—has been a game-changer for some investors I work with.Would love to hear how others here are approaching funding for deals.
