@Andrei Wogen, a 1% application fee seems high, and ridiculous.To piggyback off of @Kyle J., a firm offering over $100MM in loans would probably know how to spell million correctly, and would not offer $20K loans.

This area encompasses over 20 counties in Georgia.There are commutes to Atlanta for workers but there are many corporate jobs within each county and city themselves.For house rentals I would try and give J a call to get some market demographics.
