Talked to the neighbor, he said the city has been mowing it, but once he did see a big truck pull up and someone go in the back yard (could be another curious person, not sure if it means anything) Back taxes are around 20K.

.- All properties centrally located near: Skiing (two are across the street from Big Boulder Ski Resort, which is also near Jack Frost Ski Resort), Near Kalahari and H2OOOOoh Indoor Waterpark and surrounded by hiking, lakes etc- 4 are part of HOA communities which have amenities for guests such as Lakes, indoor/outdoor pools, arcade game rooms, tennis, basketball- Windy Pines is right by the Locust Lake beach, guests can walk out the back yard to the beach and picnic area.- All vendors in place and will transfer.- All properties already permitted to run as STRs.Improvements: We tackled a large maintenance list with the owner to update things when I took over in July.
