@Michael Miles If you’re dissolving the LLC and transferring the condo to yourselves as co-owners (with no sale involved), this is generally considered a non-taxable distribution of property—not a sale, so no capital gains are triggered at the time of transfer.The best approach is to transfer the property first, then dissolve the LLC.

Fix-n-flips do not meet this criteria because they are held as inventory to be sold for a quick profit.
