I think working with a third party "eviction company" is another mistake and just throwing good money (and time) after bad.

I'm out in Gerton next to Asheville yeah you are not going to get an institutional lender to do that, you would need to get a balance sheet lender who keeps it on their balance sheet to underwrite that since the population is only a few hundred people
