It included google earth, ability to find a lenders list, ability to create a quick buyers & sellers list, website creation, Squeeze page creation, automation when someone puts in info email is sent to them. finding current foreclosures,etc, Ability to give accurate information on Value of property, what sold,is selling,etc.What do you recommend for websites to use for these things?

I've read a few blogs and websites at this point, and the one market that keeps coming back to mind is phoenix.

I just wanted to stop for a second and say thank you to the guys who started and run this website/community.

Is there a good book/website out there!

The new requirements are:The buyer is prohibited from selling the property for any sales price for a period of 30 days from the date of the deed.After a 30 day period, and until 90 days from the date of the deed the buyer is further prohibited from selling the property for a sales price greater than 120% of the short sale price.The above restrictions will run with the land and are not personal to the grantee.Can anyone confirm this and/or possibly have a link to a reputable source?
