The property management company tries to bring people through during blocks of time (like 4:30 - 6:30).

They say its because there's no "DSCR" block (true) but why not mark it as "other"??

@Jacob MallatAs far as a second kitchen in the basement, it is best to find a space below the kitchen upstairs simply because that is where you'll have a drain line you can tap into for the sink downstairs.  

We have a lovely home about 3 blocks back from the beach in Port Aranas Texas.

I’ve seen some examples where same house a block away (one zoned for rental and the other not) being priced 50 percent apart and the one double in price (zoned for rental) selling much faster than the other. 

The plumber stated that there were roots and about 6ft of "flushable" wipes that were blocking the pipes.
