Half way to the year total goals of flip/new construction Income and we are getting close to our $50k a month gross rent number as well!!

In a different matter: I tried getting a new construction house a few blocks away it's a new 2018 construction 3. 2. 1400sq with 4 parking spots. 

I am specifically asking about construction.

They are installed here with all new construction and dates back at least to the early 1980s. 

Have you identified a piece of property and have you looked around for a builder in your area/state that might specialize in self storage construction? 

Property A is in ok shape - foundation looks a little wonky in the basement- it is currently fully rented and has new construction (condos that will be listed in the $600’s) going up across the street.

In commercial zoning code for full service restaurant for example in los angeles/glendale ca ,and possibly other areas, it says new construction requires 10 parking spots per 1000sf .

I don't like DST's except in certain situations.The way they are constructed they are front loaded with fees and the passive investor doesn't control the exit.

I am just starting off my REI path and so far am in the process of buying my first 4plex in the Boise/Meridian region which is essentially a turnkey type new construction property.
