Is the list of potential lenders comprised of Self Directed IRA customers of theirs?

This may be a tough one to flip and most rehabbers I know won't be interested in the area.For $50K is there major structural and systems issues or are you putting in custom cabinets with granite and SS for a $100K ARV?

Due to being the weekend I could not talk to customer service but I checked with automated service and gave the account number and it does not exist.
