A condo is very easy to manage from far.  

Definitely talk to the park manager.

Otherwise I'm hoping to find tenants who are willing to take on helping manage the property in exchange for slightly lower rent...either that or hire a property manager.  

For me it makes sense to contribute to my 401k, realize the tax savings and simplify my life (by not managing additional assets in real estate).  

I know it's all a mindset issue, and buying and managing a 100-unit property isn't really all that much more work than a 20-unit property, but I guess my mindset hasn't expanded enough to feel confident in doing it.
