If the tenants are not blocking air flow, usually the problem, and the temp is below the thermostat setting by more than a couple of degrees call in a HVAC specialist to balance the system.Never allow tenant to have space heaters, they cause too many fires.Put all tenants on M2M and see how it goes for the rest of the winter.

Commodity 360 degree cameras are available on the cheap these days, I think Samsung sells one for ~$150 and GoPro is releasing one soon.Superficially it seems like you might be able to use project Tango to create a 3d model of the inside of the home...sort of.You still have to provide textures and things - so I think real estate agents are safe for at least a decade.

I have been involved in many different businesses, I have never seen a larger spread between poor workmanship and quality workmanship than in the construction business.There are usually degrees of separation between locals business in the service industry like electricians, plumbers, truck drivers, insurance brokers, etc…The construction and handyman business is different.

That leaves you a big area for a round table and 4 chairs.  2) Otherwise make the living area a bit smaller (push it towards the front door) and put a table where the sofa currently is.3) get a counter height table and put it at a 90 degree angle on the end of counter between the kitchen and current living area.
