@Romeo Kaado how are you im currently planning on attending a real estate class for my liscence,but due to my criminal past im scared to lose my money because the real estate commission is not giving me a sraight answer.My history only consist of drugs distribution,no sex charges,no violence, no theft,no robberies,nore fraud.Will that disqualify me from getting my liscence because i cant really afford to lose 400$

This tenant has had problem in the past and was always responding quickly to email or calls, but he seems to have a new "strategy": he no longer answer emails, no longer picks up phone.He did not answer 24h notice posted on his door.

A lot of contractors are crude, imagine dealing with them when you have problems in a project.Visit a current worksite, talk to past clients, don’t just look at pictures of their work, and if you have construction knowledge ask them what they’d to in a hypothetical, make them talk out their process for your project, question their process.
