In addition there are elderly people in need of assistance by way of assisted living.Is it possible to approach a land developer (apartment or assisted living/health care) about entering into a 100 lease agreement whereby I make the land available under a lease but they develop the property, manage it, and maintain the operation?

I've purchased a used fridge for $200 that has done well for me over the years. some people prefer to buy new fridges rather than clean out their existing perfectly good one, and those discarded units taken away from an new purchase delivery are the ones that I usually end up buying once the retailer cleans them out and makes 100% profit.

Of course, being near Nashville is great for people who love a city with a unique identity, innovation and entrepreneurship, culture, music, food, art, nature, etc, etc.It's more challenging to find good deals in the city now, as it has been a really hot market, but there are still deals to be found a little farther out.Congrats on taking bold steps to improve your life!
