As a wholesaler that’s obviously one of the huge factors in preparing your offers/deals and I want to know if there’s any guides, books, or videos, that you guys know that you may want to pass on?

I can create websites with so many great features for this niche also record videos teaching how to do small changes on the website, like adding properties, agents, contact info, pages info, virtual chat, CMS, filters and even landing pages for an specific property.

Download DealMachine, watch their videos to get excited about finding sellers and to learn how the app works, and spend several hours a week or weekend looking for distressed houses. 

My firm is in Houston, but even before Covid most of our appointments were virtual, via phone and video.

@Jonathan Hasan I don’t follow any particular handyman channels but if I want to learn something, I type “How to ____” into the search and watch 2-3 videos on it.

@Steve Morris I saw a video in which the guy said that if you get them to sign a memorandum and they tried selling to someone else that you could file it at the courthouse and prevent them from selling to someone else, and so I was just curious as to whether that was an option that any real estate investors participated in.

New to the community and investing as a whole but have been on the periphery (watching videos and reading) for a few months.

I have spent a year reading and understanding real estate through books, videos and podcasts.I was think about moving to Vancouver but, i am not sure wether i should do it or not.
