.@ Ryan - I do believe Holistic REI is the successor of Jax Investments as I started working with Jax Investments and it merely transitioned to Holistic REI.

The best advice is to stick within walking distance of mass transit as you have a better chance of attracting people with good NYC jobs in tech and finance who are simply priced out of the rental market over there.

Many of these neighborhoods are still C-class but due to the announcement of new nearby commercial development (Murphy Crossing) and proximity to MARTA transit stations, they provide opportunity.

I don't have any nurse rentals yet (two being remodeled to transition to that model).
