Is it professional to go on different platforms like FB, Instagram and give shout to ask cash buyers what criteria are they looking for?

A single focused mentor would be great, but maybe you hang with one new friend who owns a rental, and one who's flipped a few houses, and get great ideas from a quick chat with a wholesaler at an REI lunch meeting.I have been blown away by reading Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi, about how to build a network of connections for professional success.
