Currently I own and operate a video production business but have been turned on to the idea of Real Estate investing after learning a lot through the Rich Dad Poor Dad books.I know I have a ton to learn but also know that I've been blessed with lots of knowledge from my other professional experiences.

I can't speak to either of those schools, but I'd imagine the more expensive schools probably have nicer courses with prettier graphics and better quality audio/video... but I'd wager that the content is the same either way.

.- Install dummy cameras, with video surveillance signs.- Install blinds at front windows so that it's not obvious your house is vacant from the street.- Install timer outlets that turn on lights/TV/Radio during evening hours to make it appear that the house is occupied.- Do not have a For Sale sign in front of the house.- If feasible in your area, use an electronic agent-only keybox, rather than a lockbox with a code.- Install a GPS tracking device in your appliances to help police track and find the criminals- Make sure the lawn is regularly maintained and newspapers and fliers don't pile up on the driveway.- Leave a car parked in the driveway.
