Each exchange still has it's unique timing benchmarks that require close attention but moving your portfolio in both type and number is easily doable using 1031 exchanges.

Factor in a 3month+ cushion as things always take longer than expected during construction and/or getting paying tenants placed.  

I think each market is unique as each investor and their personal life/goal is unique.

I did understand that this range is pretty wide, but because of the fact that the property was pretty unique, I was comfortable with this spread.

It's a great plan when transitioning out of the military and provides a much needed cushion to benefit the family during that sometimes stressful time.I would also recommend that you continue your saving mindset once you transition to the civilian life.

A properly created structure will be created to fit to your unique scenario.

Seriously, whatever you're looking for including unique things you're not going to see anywhere else and great old-school quality that's not typically made any more. 

Are they cooling enough on the hottest days, is the bedroom cool enough at night, etc....Then you will know how they are working in your unique building.
