Hi Pavel,If it were mine, I would think about if there is more demand for stores vs offices in the area.Plus I would think which is likely to attract the most stable tenants. 

Is it cheaper to buy them at homedepot and then have carpenters yo install it OR you shop in your local window stores?

@Mouhamad Rahal in todays market there are so many apps that give you cash directly into your account like cash app, venmo, with these company's the customer cant get the cash back i.e. like if it was a credit or debit card transaction they could dispute the charge and potentially get their cash back.
