Hey Prash, first off congrats on saving 60k.. now take half of that and put it in a Reserve account and DONT TOUCH IT.. preferably and high yield account, now take that 30k and use it to invest with a partner to flip quickly in areas that can allow it, this will help you get to 100k before market turns.
