Hello everyone,Have a question in regards to engagement with a real estate lawyer and the risk of being sued by investors if an investment in a Multifamily property.

Challenges?

The challenge is beating 100's if not 1000's of other cash buyers to the punch on those deals.

As far as hard money goes, part of the reason I was leaning that way is because I would only have so much cash to put down, which makes traditional financing a challenge and have yet come across any other opportunities like seller financing.

A HELOC can be challenging to get for an investment property (although not impossible).

Proof of funds whether it’s hard or soft approval has been a huge challenge for me
