Has tax law changed recently or am I not filling out a form correctly?

Insurance has been crazy in Tampa and im curious to know if anyone that does buy and holds has any good insurance companies they can recommend that aren't charging outrageous rates.

Expect to pay 4% and some change.  

Also rental rates are dropping, and we are already seeing rental loan rates in the 5% range, I would expect to see rental rates under 5% by January.If you are going to be a real estate investor for the long term, why don't have your Real Estate License?

We have a partially complete 4 bedroom new home build in Cape Coral and are considering changing contractors.

Before you put dow $5-20K for training think about how much you woud have to invest to get that back at typical interst rates of 6% that most tax ae properties get bid down to.

I am not sorry that I did it however, the interest rate was like 28% and I don't want to be carrying that around for long.
