Cheaper doors may be harder to fix.

If you want to be a property collector, there are much cheaper ways of doing it. 

From there you can either install an acrylic surround as some have suggested (less expensive, but cheaper looking), or you can install new backerboard/waterproofing/tile.You might have mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical running above that drop ceiling.

You can only do that once per 12 months and if you miss the 60-day window, it is a taxable distribution including penalties if you are under age 59 1/2.  

If it is a very expensive car maybe a better plan would be to sell the car, buy something cheaper and use the leftover to invest interest free????

Also, because property out here is so much cheaper, we see strong cash flow in every deal we make, both in multi-family and single-family.Am I missing something?

As far as the 2nd question it’s really a judgement call if you think another contractor can finish faster and/or cheaper really depends on how bad this guy is.
