Most people won't care if you have night stands or if they have to jump from the door to the bed, lol, if they are able to get a comfortable sleep once they get on that bed :-).

Im hoping to get any tips, tricks or strategies you guys are using to help future tenants feel more comfortable with the idea of living in a house with other strangers and ensuring the security of everyone during COVID.Things I will be doing:Include in expectations and policy limiting the number of people allowed to visit each guestIn living area, have individual seats/ couch instead of a 2 or 3 seat couchProvide cleaning and disinfecting supplies in kitchen and restrooms Provide disposable plates, cups and silverware Thanks in advance for any help you all give!

Home ownership will always be more expensive than renting which is why it is a life style choice not a investment.Over the life time of owning, except in a few very select markets, the cost to own will match or exceed any amount a personal home will ever be worth.Choose the one you can most comfortably afford when factoring in all costs not simply the cost of the home and decide accordingly.
