Bandit signs, yellow letters (to whom?)

I plan on writing my first 200 or so letters, and then sending on the rest with a company who can do that for me.- Signed up for a Google Voice account to use for calls from potential sellers.

Sometimes a letter from an attorney will make them comply.

Were the 3000 pieces sent to 3000 leads or 3 letters to 1000 leads or ???

Small motels, less than 100 units, they are tuff to finance conventionally, used car dealers buying lots, independent C-stores, multi-family under 24 units.I never used a "yellow letter" in my life, I'd cold call.Realtors are good note finders, they sold seller financed deals say 3 years ago, many are ready for cash now.

Jot down their property address, find out if they have equity, and send them a letter.

So an authorization with fee agreement letter would do the work.

I have another full time job and when driving home today, I decided to take the long way home and write down some address so i can contact them via Yellow letter.

Last year I took the course again and made an appointment for the state exam the same day I got the approval letter. 3 days later I took the exam with no additional studying and I walked out the only person to pass in the entire room.

I'll need to decipher what a good list to purchase is, in the mean time I'll be creating my yellow letters / buying my materials!
