I'm new to real estate investment (don't own any property), and am interested in learning how to get started wholesaling, flipping properties, and eventually owning rental properties in the US. 

Hopefully they show up eventually but it doesn't end up with me having a bunch of duplicate posts.

Obviously no bank is offering that type of interest return so my money would not grow as fast but I also won't have to deal with potential unforeseen issues properties bring.Initially, I thought, I'll buy at least 2 properties a year, sit on them for as long as I can, hopefully make a nice monthly net return and eventually sell them off when I'm ready to retire.

Eventually you might want to sit a subdivision selling homes.

I plan on investing in Multifamily properties duplex, triplex, and quads then eventually move on to a larger commercial property.  

It also means that your net cash flow would eventually be over $128k/month?  

Eventually the individual is going to find out that information anyways and so far, (8 months) this has not been an issue for me.

Currently looking to wholesale properties and eventually moving on to Fix and Flip!
