Are they actually the buyer.If you want way too much - it probably won't be moved off market.

That income level tells me there is no room to move rents.

It’s a great strategy in a hot market where properties move quickly, but profit margins can shrink in slower or uncertain markets.On the other hand, buy-and-hold offers long-term wealth-building through appreciation and rental income.

Sounds like you're already making moves with those LTRs—props for that!

If we take a client on that offers a bottle of wine with each booking, we move them away from that type of a gift and do something different.

I rent a lot of places "sight unseen" because our market is competitive and many renters are moving from different markets with little time to locate housing.
