I have a Client who does service that area.

I was an engineering consultant at a firm before transitioning full time into real estate.

In Oregon their is an attorney but usually only one or two and they are at corporate headquarters and only handle things at a different level never with vanilla closings like in other states.The other prominent thing that is a big help in Or.. is the Customer service ..

We were in MA, same kind of driveway,  put the trash cans in the back of the vehicle and drive them to the top for trash service.  

I’m not actively seeking investment properties for myself right now; my priority is delivering outstanding service to clients while I continue to learn and grow in the industry.I would greatly appreciate any tips, lessons learned, or “new-manager mistakes to avoid” from seasoned property managers and investors in the group.

Hi @Jason Moore, first off I want to thank you for your service. 

I have done several and have always been told you can only do them the year you put them into service.

In our experience, the #1 mistake owners make is ASSUMING all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY.
