Developers often look for ways to simplify the process, so being able to offer a lot that’s ready to build is a big advantage.

Owner occupied will generally pay more than an investor and you don't have to offer financing.

Many builders are also able to offer incentives that are not available on the secondary market. the Charlotte market is a fantastic place to invest.
