Also, I forgot to mention I live in a state that doesn’t allow under-18s to work in hard labor jobs, but like I also said, I know people who will hire under-18s as long as you work hard.

I lived in these units myself, it is a bit weird at first, but you quickly get use to it. 

It is hard to make sense of the requirement to treat a home that you live in as a commercial property.
