Personally, I just communicate with my tenants that we keep the HVAC (in florida so rarely need the furnace) above 68 degrees at all times, and that it is best to keep the HVAC above 74 degrees during the hotter afternoons where the ambient temp is in the 90s.

But then installing an endless amount of ambient tube lighting.

Seems to me that if your ambient soil has issues and is moving, that a foundation problem will just happen again.Before you start dumping huge sums of money into this, you need a soils engineer, not a foundation contractor.

Well, I'm sure you can agree that 68 degrees is very unreasonable with an ambient temp of 114.

The only thing my Honda doesn't have are those leather seats, ambient lighting, and the couple hundred horses.

They also tend to have a wider viewing angle and can be used in a room with more ambient light.

A couple of questions :Did your inspector actually test the units or list the phrase ambient temperature was too high to test ?
