COVID isn’t going to be quashed this side of a vaccine.  

There are multiple vaccine efforts ongoing, are there other coronavirus types that have been around for a long time.

In a long run, the real estate market will be fine, as vaccine and cure medicine will be developed within one or two years.  

Flu is a rapidly changing thing to which we only have a partly effective vaccine that only some receive.

I doubt Covid will put a terribly massive dent into values, if a vaccine is found soon.

All we did is to change requirements, we are in a recession, we will be in this hole for around 8-12 months (till we have a vaccine), people lost jobs and more to come.
