I am generally a big fan of LVP.

@Geoff PopeI am almost always a fan of holding properties as rentals, especially if you were able to buy it with only 3% down. 

WongNot everyone is a Quickbooks fan.   

The long term stay section had widely spaced slots and was a pretty nice with it's own bathhouse and  laundry room.

The (notorious) electrical utility now requires me to have a special license to dig trenches for underground conduit, it includes a behavioral test....so im nice to their workers. 2 months of portals, videos & testing + $500 annual fee.Im not a fan of ban culture, someone always goes around it somehow.

People still have to be personally looking and/or interested in going to that location, and mostly people searching for accommodations in that area may or may not be fans, and even if they are fans may not be interested in paying a premium. 

I have painted, fixed up, new ceiling fans, window dressings, etc. and it is move in ready.
