When confronted with this, the OP chose to provide a convoluted reason as to why this risk was somehow less risky than providing specific collateral.  

Wondering if the issues you had might be specific to the lender providing the AIO loan?

EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?
