prop1 sounds like they are trying to drum up higher prices.

Watertown is most known for Fort Drum, a military base that the city is largely built around.

A lot of real estate professionals (including myself) give thoughtful responses at least in part to drum up business.

As an investor who recently decided to just get my real estate license and be done with it, I look forward to learning from both sides of the coin.I do believe Carlos is an agent, not an investor, and was looking to learn more about the skills investors look for so that he could make sure he has those skills in order to drum up their business.

It sucks when I get my sales, and have to hustle the buy side to drum up the next deal.

I remember looking at all sorts of success stories about people that had managed to drum up investors and hard money loans to buy, flip, improve, sell and do well.
