They hold in-person meetings and on-site rehab project tours at least once a month, which can be insightful — especially for getting a feel for how others structure and manage flips.Also, since you’ve done some wholesaling, there’s a good chance the end buyers on those deals were flippers.

It’s frustrating when the guest is ready to book, but the system glitches and makes both sides think something went wrong.The workaround I’ve found is to clear cache/cookies or use an incognito browser window; sometimes it lets the acceptance go through without switching to mobile.
