Finally, how many suburbs have pro sports teams in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, etc?

We have a skee ball game, an old school cocktail table style arcade machine for two people, a newer NBA jam for four people, foosball table, mural wall with neon sign for instagram photos and a closet with beach supplies. 

I am 26, a little late to get a start in the NBA, but pretty early to get a start in real estate.In keeping with the analogy, I am 5'10" (which is true).

The seller of the house a Chinese family bought the home from an NBA star and their 19-year-old son lived there alone while going to college you talk about wealth there is wealth and then there is wealth. 

My guess is owning a rental property with someone else living in it and trying to claim that as a residence only works until it doesn't...then you have to pay not only the taxes due, but also the penalties and interest.Ask a professional athlete in the NBA or NFL in how many states they have to pay income taxes.

.- Accept as many applicants as you want, it is totally legal, Process all applications, then select the MOST qualified. simple. first come first serve doesnt exist in the NBA, NFL, NCAA, Any job, Any career, Any presidential Election, Any politcal office. it simply does not exist.

Now...if being over 6' tall is a key component of successfully performing a job...like being an NBA basketball player...than this type of "discrimination" is okay.Religion is another protected class in terms of hiring. 

To all of our NBA Teams, I say, " ROUND OF APPLAUSE ".Games have been making me stand up out my seat. " Come on Ref ", " What game you watching ", " Foul Ref ", " Yeah!

I have played in 8 different countries and on every national stage and NBA arena you can think of, but I get much more of a thrill out of learning and growing in real estate investing.
